The USDR-44A is RSS Corps 4th Generation of the RT-1944 family of small, networked, Tactical Data Link Terminal which provides high data rate mesh networking for modern Internet Protocol (IP) communications. This new radio platform supports the RSS Corp RSSCCF waveform that is used in the RT-1944AJ/U radios to provide backwards compatibility with existing radios. The version of the radio provides the same interfaces allowing it to serve is a Form Fit Function replacement. The USDR-44A provides other benefits such as customizable waveforms to operate with other radios. It has RF spectrum monitoring capability that can record and transmit 16-bit IQ RF samples. Onboard storage of 64GB allows for storing spectrum data. Multiple modes are available providing wideband operation from 60 MHz to 6 GHz or a customizable filtered band such as 2.2 to 2.5 GHz band which provides additional out of band filtering for RF contested and hostile environments. Built in automatic gain control maintains high dynamic range in presence of noise. Additional options include advanced dynamic interference mitigation which allows the USDR-44A to operate the Radio waveform in severely degraded RF environments. The standard unit comes with 4 Watt RF power output in the 2.2 to 2.5 GHz band. The USDR-44A is available with an optional 70W Power Amplifier built-in on one of the RF Ports. |

| The RF spectrum streaming capability is compatible with open source software making integration simple and straight forward. Tools such as GNU radio or SDRAngel can be used to view RF spectrum data in real time. |
